For each scenario below, please choose the option that best describes how you would handle the situation. There are no “wrong” answers, but we’re looking for responses that reflect strong organization, initiative, and independent problem-solving.

You are assigned to schedule and design a week’s worth of social media posts for a new client. However, the client has provided only minimal direction about their brand and goals. What do you do?
A. Wait until the client sends more detailed instructions before starting.
B. Use your own research to develop a draft plan that aligns with what you know about the industry, then send it to the client for feedback.
C. Immediately create a full plan without seeking any clarification, assuming your judgment is correct.
D. Ask your supervisor for clarification before beginning any work.
You have multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and limited time. Your workload is becoming overwhelming. How do you prioritize your tasks?
A. Work on tasks in the order they were assigned, regardless of deadline.
B. Estimate the time required for each task, set internal deadlines, and create a schedule that addresses the most urgent tasks first.
C. Focus on the easiest tasks to quickly reduce your workload, then address the rest later.
D. Tackle tasks randomly as they come to mind.
A client asks you to provide data on local social media trends, but you’re not sure where to find this information. What do you do?
A. Ask a colleague for help immediately.
B. Conduct your own research using reputable online sources and compile the data for the client.
C. Tell the client that you’re not familiar with that area and move on.
D. Skip this request, assuming it isn’t essential.
While working from home, you notice that distractions are impacting your productivity. What is your approach?
A. Continue working as usual, hoping the distractions will lessen over time.
B. Establish a dedicated workspace, set clear work hours, and use time management techniques (like the Pomodoro method) to stay on track.
C. Work in short bursts when you feel like it, without a formal schedule.
D. Ask your supervisor to monitor your work to help you stay focused.
You observe that your team’s social media engagement is lower than expected, and you believe there’s room for improvement. How do you respond?
A. Keep quiet since it isn’t your direct responsibility.
B. Research potential solutions independently, then propose your ideas during the next team meeting.
C. Wait for someone else to take the lead on this issue.
D. Publicly criticize the current approach on social media without offering constructive suggestions.
