Terms of Service

Bumblebee Digital Marketing LLC

Bumblebee Digital Marketing LLC (“Bumblebee,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) agrees to provide the services outlined and agreed upon for your business at the stated rate. Payment is required prior to the commencement of services.

Subscription Payment & Duration

Bumblebee Digital Marketing operates on a month-to-month subscription model unless otherwise stated in writing.

While there is no long-term contract, we require a minimum initial commitment of three (3) months when starting services to allow sufficient time for onboarding, strategy development, and execution.

• A valid credit card is required for all subscriptions.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance for the upcoming service period.

• All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to setup fees, subscription charges, and partial-month services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to requested materials, platforms, logins, approvals, and content needed to perform services.

• Respond to approval requests within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays.

• Understand that marketing results cannot be guaranteed and depend on factors outside of Bumblebee’s control.

• Acknowledge that delays caused by lack of communication, approvals, or access may impact timelines and deliverables.

Confidentiality

Bumblebee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information provided by your business, whether oral, written, or electronic, and will not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required to perform services or as required by law.

Use of Information

Confidential information provided by your business will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling services and obligations agreed upon between the parties and will not be used for any other purpose without prior written consent.

Protection of Information

Bumblebee will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information using administrative, electronic, and procedural safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.

Cancellation & Termination

Clients are responsible for properly terminating or modifying their subscription.

• Any request to cancel services or change service levels must be submitted in writing no later than the 10th of the month to take effect for the following billing cycle.

• Requests received after the 10th will apply to the next month’s billing period, and the upcoming month will be billed in full.

• Cancellation or change requests must be submitted through your assigned account manager or official Bumblebee Digital Marketing communication channels.

• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable.

Bumblebee Digital Marketing LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its discretion, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of these Terms, or conduct that disrupts operations or staff. Upon termination, access to services, platforms, or deliverables may be suspended or removed. Bumblebee reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Final approved deliverables created by Bumblebee become the client’s property upon full payment.

• Bumblebee retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bumblebee Digital Marketing LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

1. Your breach of these Terms of Service

2. Your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations

3. Content, materials, or instructions provided by you

4. Misrepresentation of your business or services

5. Any third-party claims related to Bumblebee’s reliance on information, materials, or approvals provided by you

Text Messaging & Electronic Communication

By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive communications from Bumblebee Digital Marketing LLC related to services, billing, scheduling, and account updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
