Terms of Service
Bumblebee Social Media, LLC (Bumblebee Digital Marketing) assures to deliver the mentioned services for your business at the agreed-upon rate. Payment is required prior to the commencement of services.
Subscription Payment and Duration
Although there is no contract for duration, upon purchasing or subscribing to Bumblebee Digital Marketing, we do ask that you use our services for a minimum duration of three (3) months. Billing will be processed on a month-to-month basis, with the option to cancel or adjust your subscription anytime. A valid credit card is necessary for account payment. Subscriptions are charged monthly on the 4th to last day of the month (for service the following month. and are non-refundable.
Obligations
Bumblebee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by your business, whether oral, written, or otherwise, and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from your business.
Use of Information
Bumblebee agrees that the confidential information provided by your business will solely be used to fulfill its obligations under any agreements between the parties, and not for any other purpose without prior written consent from your business.
Protection of Information
Bumblebee agrees to take all reasonable measures to safeguard the confidentiality of the information disclosed by your business, including implementing physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards.
Cancellation and Conclusion
It is your responsibility to properly terminate your subscription. To cancel, reach out to your dedicated account manager via phone at least 15 days before your next billing date. Failure to comply with this notice will result in continued monthly charges. Bumblebee reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend or terminate your subscription and deny current or future service usage for any reason at any time. Termination will lead to deactivation or removal of access to your subscription. Bumblebee retains the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bumblebee and its affiliates, including their shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and assignees, from all taxes, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising directly or indirectly from (i) negligent, reckless, or intentional acts by you or your associates, employees, contractors, or agents, (ii) breaches of covenant outlined in these Terms of Service, (iii) failure to conduct business in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, (iv) failure to fulfill obligations under these Terms of Service, or (v) violation or alleged violation of a third party's rights due to Bumblebee's reliance on your fulfillment of obligations under these Terms of Service.
