Whether you need a private office for your business or a pod for the day, week, or month, The Hive gives you the tools and environment to stay productive - including high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, and access to our coffee bar.

Our private offices are currently reserved, with the next availability opening in March 2026.

Pods
Looking for workspace sooner? Reserve one of our coworking Pods — available by the day, week, or month. Each Pod includes high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, access to our coffee bar, and use of the waiting area for client visits.

Pod Preference

Booking Options Explained

  • Day Pass – $7 : Reserve a pod for 1 business day only (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).

  • Weekly Pass – $35 : Reserve a pod for 5 consecutive business days (Monday–Friday) beginning on the start date you select.Example: If your start date is Tuesday, your pass will cover Tuesday–Monday (excluding Saturday & Sunday).

  • Monthly Pass – $100 : Reserve a pod for 20 consecutive business days (about 4 weeks, excluding weekends) beginning on the start date you select.Example: If your start date is July 8th, your pass will cover July 8 – August 2.


Important Notes:

  • All passes begin on the start date you request in the booking form.

  • Weekly and Monthly passes must be used for consecutive business days only.

  • Pods are limited to 4 per day total, so submit your booking early to secure your spot.

  • Before booking, please check the availability calendar to confirm that your requested start date is open.
